Local Purchases

- Please email hello@myrandakali.com to receive a free shipping code if you would like to pick up your order!

All Purchases

-All USPS packages are dropped off at a business dock and are not scanned immediately. Each customer will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number when your package is scanned.

-No Refunds will be accepted because of late delivery or postal delays.

Shipping Domestic

-Orders are shipped via USPS priority when available, and ships within 10 business days. (I’m a one person operation so this depends on how busy I am).

-Orders placed on weekends will ship the following 10 business days. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your order is scanned at the Post Office. 

-Refunds will not be given for lost or stolen packages. The customer must file a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping International

-I do not ship international. I highly value sustainability and supporting my local economy and at this time it is not possible to ship outside the U.S. and be aligned with these values.

Returns + Exchanges

-Please note that handmade products are not always “perfect.” Irregularities that do not qualify for refunds or exchanges include: glaze irregularity, “glaze waves”, pin holes, bubbles, fingerprints, or imperfections on the bottom side of the piece, etc.

-Any damage in shipment must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Email me at hello@myrandakali.com and include your name and order #. I will respond a.s.a.p.

-A photo of the breakage or issue is necessary to replace or refund your product.

-If you are missing something or received the wrong item please email me and I will replace it, exchange it, or otherwise fix the issue.

Canceling Orders

-In-stock orders may be cancelled and refunded within 3 days of purchase. If the order has already been shipped, It will not be cancelled or refunded.

-Pre-order items may be cancelled and refunded within 5 days of purchase.

-Wholesale Orders may not be cancelled due to contracts or agreements between both parties.
